Turkcell Technician Took Money From Me and Denied It Later

I recently had a terrible experience with Turkcell's technical service. The staff took ₺600 in cash from me, but now that same person is saying he never got any money from me. He might not say it out loud, but I totally know what went down. This situation has made me feel really disappointed and betrayed by a company I thought I could rely on. It's tough to see how Turkcell lets their staff act this way, putting customers in risky situations like this. I’m concerned that this person could exploit others like they did before, and it seems like there’s no action being taken to prevent it. I hope Turkcell looks into this situation thoroughly and makes sure that nobody else has to deal with this kind of problem.
