Turkcell Dealer Refused Return of Unopened Samsung A36 5G

On 19.12.2025, I purchased a Samsung A36 5G mobile phone from the authorized Turkcell dealer Batuer Communications located in Espark mall in Eskişehir for 22,921.53 TL. The very next day, I went back to the same store to return the device. The phone’s packaging was completely unopened and untouched. Despite this, the store staff refused to accept the return and gave unreasonable excuses, such as how they would know if something had happened to the phone outside the store, even though the box was clearly unopened. I then called Turkcell customer service to resolve the issue, but they stated that they could not help me. I request that the unopened Samsung A36 5G be taken back by the Turkcell dealer Batuer Communications in Espark AVM and that the full amount of 22,921.53 TL I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
