Since April 1, I have been almost completely unable to use my Turkcell Superbox line in the Muğla Milas region. There has been virtually no internet access, and I have not been able to establish a stable connection at all. Despite not being able to use the internet at home for approximately 15 days, my issue has not been resolved in any way.
During this period, I have contacted customer service 29 times. Each time, a support ticket was created, but no concrete action was taken, and no permanent solution was provided. Despite this ongoing outage, I continue to be billed for the service, meaning I am being charged for an internet connection that I have not been able to use at all. I find this situation both extremely unfair and completely unacceptable.
I request that my Superbox internet service, registered under M***** A** O**** with the phone number 0537******27, be immediately restored to full and stable working condition. I also expect a detailed explanation regarding this issue, a review of the invoices for the affected period, a refund for the days when I could not use the service, and proper compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
