Turkcell Charges Loyal Customers More Than New Users

I have been a Turkcell customer for many years and have always paid my bills on time. I am currently using the Mega+Bol 20 GB plan, and my contract has 27 days remaining. Before my contract ends, the lowest new plan being offered to me is 30 GB at a monthly price of approximately $26. However, I see that Turkcell is offering 25 GB internet plans to new customers for around $15, which is significantly more affordable. As a long-time customer who has remained with the same operator and never transferred my number, I do not find it fair that these advantages are offered only to new customers and not to loyal, existing ones. This situation feels like loyal customers are being penalized while new customers are being rewarded, which does not align with a fair customer satisfaction approach. For this reason, I contacted Turkcell customer service and requested a more reasonable and competitive offer, but I was told that nothing could be done. My Turkcell mobile number is 541*1718**. My request is clear: I want to be offered a reasonable and competitive plan, similar to new customer promotions, with 20–25 GB of data at a fair price that matches my actual usage needs. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am seriously considering transferring my number to another operator after many years with Turkcell.
