Turkcell Charges for Unused Line

Turkcell is profiting unfairly from its customers. After freezing my line, I received a ₺250 bill three months later. Turkcell had assured me previously that I wouldn't be charged for such bills and that they could be cancelled upon request. Despite repeatedly stating that I hadn't used the line, Turkcell contacted me through that very line—sending messages, making calls, and failing to reach me.

When I contested the bill, Turkcell again reached out via the unused line and decided that I must pay. In a system where every representative gives different information, Turkcell repeatedly forces customers to pay unjust bills, profiting unfairly. Turkcell is not only an expensive provider but also one that, due to uninformed and inadequate customer representatives, consistently victimizes its customers.
