Turkcell Charged Me for Unreasonably High Data Usage on WhatsApp in One Day

Between 9 a.m. yesterday and 10 a.m. this morning, Turkcell reported that I consumed 2.4 GB of data exclusively on WhatsApp. This level of data usage feels quite strange, especially since I only sent a handful of messages and had a brief video call. It's difficult to believe that such a level of consumption could occur in a single day. I think this is a strategy to encourage users to buy additional data packages. As a loyal customer, I find this approach troubling and unjust. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a thorough review of my data usage records. This kind of service really makes me doubt my confidence in Turkcell, and I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue openly.
