Tumile matched me with someone who turned off video half-way, leaving me charged — how can I report or reverse this on Tumile?

You can report someone right from the Tumile app if you were matched with someone and they turned off the video in the middle, leaving you charged.

To send a report, press the "shield" button during the video chat or the three-dot menu on their biography or chat screen.

To get a refund or credit, go to Tumile's "Account Issues → Payment" support page and click "Submit a request." In the message box, explain that the match finished early but you were still charged.

If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
