Turust Wallet Blocks $42,700 USDT Withdrawal, Demands Extra Deposit
I have been unable to withdraw my total balance of 42,700 USDT from my Turust Wallet account connected to Coin TR for about one month. Every time I submit a withdrawal request, the system returns an error and the transaction does not go through.
I reported the issue multiple times to customer service within the app. During this process, they repeatedly asked me to deposit additional money for different reasons. A friend of mine in the United Kingdom even sent me money to help with this situation, and I later repaid him. Despite this, my withdrawal problem has still not been resolved. Most recently, customer service told me that I need to deposit an additional $1,080.
I am extremely uncomfortable with being asked to deposit more money just to withdraw my own funds, and I do not find this trustworthy. I demand that Coin TR and the relevant departments ensure that my 42,700 USDT balance in Turust Wallet is transferred to my account without any additional payment requirements. I also request a clear and written explanation regarding the extra payments that were demanded from me during this process.
