Trust Wallet Base Network USDC Transfer Blocked By Gas Fee Issue

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my experience with Trust Wallet concerning my USDC funds on the Base network. I currently have 662.64 USDC in my Trust Wallet on the Base network, and since 18 May 2026 I have been unable to transfer this balance to my Coinbase account. Each time I attempt to send the funds, I am blocked by network fee requirements. I have been repeatedly told that I need to buy ETH to cover the transaction fees, but no one has given me a clear, specific amount, and I am only told that I need a “small amount”, which is not helpful. I am unemployed and disabled, so every cent matters to me and I cannot afford to guess or risk losing money. I have already contacted Trust Wallet support about this problem. Their response was that I must obtain ETH on Base to pay the gas fee in order to move my USDC. However, they have not given me a concrete answer on exactly how much ETH is needed, and they have not offered any meaningful assistance in helping me access my own funds. As a result, my 662.64 USDC remains effectively blocked and unusable, even though it is my money. My expectation from Trust Wallet is that this situation is resolved urgently. I want clear and specific guidance and a workable solution so that I can either transfer my USDC to my Coinbase account or otherwise withdraw it without additional financial burden. I also expect this complaint to be reviewed by a higher-level manager, as the current responses have not addressed my concerns or my vulnerable situation. If this issue is not resolved and my access to my funds is not restored, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further through my bank and relevant authorities. I request that you urgently review my case, provide a clear solution, and ensure that my funds can be transferred or withdrawn without further delay.
