I Face Network Visibility Issue with Trust Wallet After Crypto Presale Connection

I joined a crypto presale via a third-party website and connected using my Trust Wallet. The transaction initially went through without any issues. However, shortly afterward, I started encountering multiple errors like “connection failed,” “temporarily disabled,” and “might be closed,” even though my internet was working fine.
To troubleshoot, I deleted all my browsers, reinstalled Trust Wallet, and restored my account using my 12-word recovery phrase. Everything loaded correctly—my funds, previous transactions, and tokens were all visible. However, the blockchain network no longer appears, and I’m unable to reconnect to the presale platform through Trust Wallet.
Oddly enough, I tested the same site with Best Wallet and it worked perfectly. This clearly points to a Trust Wallet-specific issue.
I’m asking Trust Wallet support to urgently help me restore full network visibility and connection capability. I expect prompt technical assistance, or I risk missing access to critical investments. Please address this issue now.
