Truecaller Incorrectly Labels Law Firm Numbers and Blocks Calls

We are a law firm that has been operating in Kocaeli for 20 years. Today, we discovered that a total of five of our phone numbers have been incorrectly labeled in the Truecaller app. This situation causes the people we call to misunderstand who we are, not answer our calls, and in some cases, our numbers are automatically blocked by the app and sent directly to busy.

We have absolutely no connection to these incorrect labels. Due to this issue, we are unable to carry out our work properly and are experiencing reputational damage. We have not yet filed a complaint with Truecaller or any other authority.

We request that the necessary corrections be made so that our numbers are no longer displayed in this way, that we can reach the people we call, and that the app no longer blocks our calls.
