If Truecaller charged you for Premium unexpectedly and you want a refund,
Stop future charges first;
• Cancel your subscription:
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– iPhone → Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel
• Important:
– Deleting the app does NOT stop billing
– Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
Check why you were charged;
• Common reasons:
– Free trial ended and auto-renewed
– Accidental subscription
– Multiple accounts or family sharing
• Note:
– After trial ends, charges are usually valid
Request a refund properly;
• If purchased via Google Play / App Store:
– Request refund directly from that platform
– Truecaller cannot process these refunds themselves
• If purchased directly (rare):
– Contact Truecaller support
Contact Truecaller;
• Use support or in-app chat:
– Go to Help → “Chat with us” (Premium users)
• Write:
– “I was charged unexpectedly for Premium. Please review and issue a refund.”
• Attach:
– Payment proof + transaction ID
