I Face Tripadvisor Refund Problems After Missing My Hotel Stay Due To Car Trouble

I made a reservation through Tripadvisor for Grand Heykel Hotel Bursa, with check-in on May 3, 2026, and check-out on May 4, 2026. I made the reservation while I was on the road, but my car broke down during the trip, so I was never able to reach the hotel or check in. As a result, I did not use the accommodation service at all.
I paid a total of 1,633.96 kr. After explaining the situation to Tripadvisor, I was informed that they were waiting for a response from the hotel before processing the refund. However, to date, I have not received any refund.

Since I was completely unable to use the hotel stay I paid for, I request a full refund of the 1,633.96 kr. payment as soon as possible.
