Trendyol Order Cancellation - Payment Deducted, Items Out of Stock




I made a purchase on April 12th through Trendyol's website, but unfortunately, my order with Delivery Number: 8304673324 was cancelled because the item was out of stock. Even though a significant sum was taken from my card, the order was unexpectedly cancelled after five days. Trendyol appears to have benefited from deducting funds from my card, only to later issue a refund. Why do items that are supposedly in stock at the time of sale suddenly become unavailable after just five days? Upon reaching out to the company, they informed me that it was not possible to lodge a complaint regarding the given circumstance.
