Trendyol Store Owners Face Huge Payment Deductions Without Explanation
I’m a store owner on Trendyol and have faced significant payment issues due to astronomical deductions. Despite no clear justification, my payments are being withheld. As shown in the images below, I made a sale of ₺3,250. After waiting 21 days, only ₺626.22 was deposited into my account. Here’s the breakdown:
Sale Amount: ₺3,250
Commission Deduction: ₺536.25
Shipping Deduction: ₺78.60
Other Deductions: ₺5.99
This left me with only ₺626.22, meaning they withheld ₺2,002.94 of my money. Despite trying to reach out for an explanation, I’ve received no communication from Trendyol. How can ₺626 be considered a fair payment for a ₺3,250 sale? It’s not only unprofitable but also puts me at a loss, especially after they’ve used my money for 21 days.
It seems like Trendyol might be using store owners’ earnings to sponsor the Turkish football league. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. As a result, I’ve decided to close my store on Trendyol and leave them to their own devices. I want to state that I don’t forgive this injustice and expect fair treatment.
