Trendyol Closed Raffle Section and I Cannot See My Tickets
I purchased tickets for various products through the Trendyol app to participate in raffles. However, Trendyol has shut down the raffle section, and for nearly two weeks, I haven’t been able to access it in any way. All other sections of the app work fine except this one. I can’t reach customer service, and there’s no section in the assistant to ask about this issue. I’ve written multiple times to the feedback section, but received no response. If no convincing explanation is provided regarding this complaint, I will report the matter to both local and national media, and file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office, demanding an investigation into past raffles as well. What does this mean? Maybe I won, but is it being covered up? Your assistant service is extremely limited—only focused on orders. Don’t you have any other responsibilities? If your site includes raffles, then why isn’t there a dedicated support channel for it? How are we supposed to reach you? Maybe I won something and you're sabotaging it—these are the kinds of thoughts that come to mind. If this is intentional and my tickets resulted in a prize, and now due to this closure or a timeout I can’t access it, what does that mean for me? The last visible ticket is from July 2024, and I can’t see any of the newer tickets or their results from this year. Please respond.
