Track718 Shows My Loop Order as Delivered, but No Package Ever Arrived

I placed an order for earplugs through Loop Türkiye on July 4th, paying approximately $42. When I placed the order, I was told the product would ship within two weeks. When the timeframe stretched on, I checked the shipment tracking through Track718 and saw that it had sat with no movement for about a month, after which the system suddenly started showing it as "successfully delivered to the address."

However, no package was ever actually delivered to me — the product never reached my hands. When I contacted the shipping company, they only sent me an image/post related to the shipping process, but there was no actual delivery. Despite this, I've been left in a bad situation because the system shows it as delivered.

Because of this problem, I tried repeatedly to contact Loop Türkiye, but I never received any response — neither regarding the product itself nor my refund request. I'm unable to either receive my product or get the $42 payment refunded.

I'm requesting that the system be corrected, since my order was never shipped and no delivery was ever made to me despite showing as "delivered," and that my product actually be shipped to me, or that the payment be refunded to me immediately.
