I Can't Reach Track718 About My Missing "Delivered" Package

My package with tracking number WBD2387168990YQ, which shows as delivered on 02/15/2026 at 3:07 PM, never reached me. Even though the system shows it as delivered, no product was brought to my address, nothing was left at my door, and it wasn't handed to my neighbors either.

The package contained a PlayStation Remote Play L2/R2 grip attachment, and the product is worth approximately $31. I was expecting this shipment at my address in Şehitkamil, Gaziantep, but the courier never called, and there was no signature-required delivery. I also couldn't find any contact area or phone number for the company, so I wasn't able to officially report the issue.

I'm requesting that your records be reviewed so it can be clearly determined who actually received my package and where it was actually delivered, and that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'm requesting a refund for the value of my lost product.
