Track718 Shows My Quicksilver Package Delivered, but It Never Arrived

I was tracking my Quicksilver shipment, tracking number #177953634450061099, through Track718. The system shows the package as delivered to Urla, TR35, 35430, TR on 06/19/2026 at 1:16:42 PM, with the status "Your package has been successfully delivered." However, the package never reached me in any way.

We paid approximately $9 in shipping fees for this delivery, and my product is still nowhere to be found. I haven't been able to establish proper communication with either Track718 or the seller to clarify the issue, and I haven't received any response at all.

I'm requesting that an investigation be conducted into who actually received my package and where it was actually delivered, and that it be located and delivered to me as soon as possible.
