Tracelo Unauthorized Billing Needs Refund and Account Block


I am writing to report that Tracelo has been repeatedly taking money from my wallet without my consent, even though I have never subscribed to any of your services or deposited money into your platform. I have no account, order, or shipment with Traclo using my current card or email, yet charges continue to appear, and I consider all of these withdrawals from the Traclo app to be completely unauthorized. The withdrawals started around early April (approximately April 4 or April 12), and another unauthorized charge was taken again today. In total, about 129 dollars has been taken so far. My card and wallet are with Wells Fargo, and I live in Scranton, Pennsylvania. After the first charges, I contacted my bank and had my card changed, but despite this, Tracelo is still taking money from my account. I have already emailed your support team about these unauthorized transactions but have not received any response yet. I expect Traclo to urgently refund all the money that has been taken from my wallet, including today’s transaction, and to stop any future charges immediately. I also request that any account, subscription, or authorization linked to my name, card, or email be cancelled and permanently blocked, and that I receive clear written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made. I ask you to handle this situation as a matter of urgency, as these are unauthorized charges from my bank account, and I want this issue fully resolved as soon as possible.
