TLScontact German Work Visa Delayed Beyond 12 Weeks With No Update

On May 7, 2026, I applied for a German work visa through your branch at Demir Plaza in Baku. At the time of my application, I was told that I would receive a decision within 12 weeks at the latest. However, 16 weeks have passed, and I still have not received any information whatsoever.

Whenever I have contacted you repeatedly to ask about the status of my application, I have been told that the problem is not your responsibility. No clear explanation has been provided, and I have received no answer about how much longer I will have to wait. Yet you consistently charge a late fee of approximately €45 to anyone who arrives just 30 minutes late at your branch. While you immediately penalize applicants for being half an hour late, you refuse to take responsibility for a delay of more than four weeks beyond the promised processing time in my case.

Because of this delay, I cannot start my job in Germany, I am unable to meet my employer's expectations, and I am suffering significant financial losses. I demand that my application be processed urgently and that I receive clear information about its status. I also request compensation for the hardship and loss of income I have suffered as a result of this delay, which has exceeded the promised 12-week processing period.
