On May 26, 2024, at around 1:07 AM, I made a deposit of approximately $109 using the fast bank transfer method. However, even after four days, the deposit has still not been credited to my account. My username is Adem3515.
During this time, I have repeatedly contacted the live support team and spent countless hours waiting for assistance. Each time, I am simply told to “wait a little longer,” without receiving any meaningful update or explanation. The responses feel dismissive, and it seems as though my concerns are not being taken seriously.
The company has neither credited my deposit nor provided a clear explanation regarding the delay. As a loyal and active member for many years, I consider this situation highly disrespectful and extremely frustrating.
I request that my deposit of approximately $109 be reviewed and credited to my account immediately. I also ask that the inconvenience and financial loss I have experienced be properly addressed and, if appropriate, that reasonable compensation be provided for the prolonged delay and lack of effective customer support.
