Tipobet Kept My $283 Deposit and Claims I Sent Money to the ‘Wrong Site

On November 27, 2026, at 1:06 p.m., I made a $283 deposit to the site Tipobet via bank transfer. My receipt was confirmed during the process, and I was told that my balance would be added to my account within 15 minutes at the latest. However, even after 48 hours, no funds were credited to my account.

When I asked about the delay, I was then told that the recipient information did not belong to them and that I had deposited money to the wrong site. But I continued the process using the link they emailed to me—the link they said was active. In other words, I deposited money into the site they themselves directed me to. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility, telling me “The recipient is not ours,” leaving me completely stranded.

When I requested a phone call, I was repeatedly given excuses such as “The IBANs are being updated,” “We’re experiencing high volume,” and “We’re working on it.” After being stalled for a long time, they finally told me that my issue could not be resolved and that the money would not be credited to my account. I did not receive a refund for the $283 I deposited, nor was my balance added.

I want to state that I have been victimized throughout this process, and the site’s inconsistent and contradictory explanations make it completely untrustworthy. I request that my $283 deposit be refunded to me or credited to my account in full without further delay.
