On August 22, 2025, around 19:00, I attempted to deposit 2,500₺ into my Tipobet account (username: UMiDOOO73) via bank transfer. However, instead of the full amount, only 250₺ was credited to my account.
I immediately contacted Tipobet customer service and provided them with the bank receipt as proof. Their explanation was that my deposit had been “approved on another site.” This is absolutely false—I never made any transfer to another site. If that were the case, there would be no reason for 250₺ to show up in my Tipobet balance. The response makes no sense and avoids addressing the actual issue.
I am demanding that Tipobet either credit the missing 2,250₺ to my account or refund the full 2,500₺ back to my bank. Withholding funds without a proper explanation is unacceptable, and I expect my complaint to be resolved urgently.
