Tineco One S3 Broke in 6 Months

I purchased a Tineco One S3, and after just six months, it stopped working. I sent it to service, but they demanded a repair fee nearly half the price of the device. I refused to pay and took the case to the Consumer Arbitration Court. The court ruled in my favor and ordered a full replacement with a brand-new unit.
I went to MediaMarkt Ankamall with the court decision, expecting them to honor the ruling, but instead, they delayed the process, claiming they needed to send the product back to the company for approval. Then, they inspected the device and refused to proceed because the charger was missing—even though I had included it in the original service request!
I even showed them photos of the device before shipping, proving the charger was included. Yet, they claimed that the service deleted the records after a year and insisted I had signed off on receiving a "complete" return. This is absolutely unacceptable.
