I Paid for Tinder Platinum But I’m Not Visible and Getting Zero Matches or Likes
I subscribed to Tinder Platinum, expecting better visibility, more matches, and access to all the features that come with the highest-tier membership. But since upgrading, I’ve seen zero likes, zero matches, and no activity at all—it’s as if my profile is completely invisible on the platform.
Despite paying a high amount, I don’t even show up in card stacks. I’ve tried everything—deleting and reinstalling the app, rejoining, updating my profile—but nothing works. I’m sick of going in circles while Tinder keeps charging me with no return.
Tinder, I demand a solution. Either make my profile visible and functional as promised, or issue a full refund. Charging users for premium features while making them invisible is deceptive and unfair. Fix this now, or I will take further action.
Progress
I deleted my Tinder account because there was no activity and opened a new account. There are no likes at all. Even the likes I give are not visible. I got a Gold membership but nothing has changed.
