I Demand Timo Pay Out Multiple Missing Withdrawal Requests

On June 26, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request through the Timo app to transfer $282 to my Akbank account. Even though 12 days have passed since then, this amount was never deposited into my account, and it hasn't been refunded either. Along with this transaction, my diamonds and several other withdrawal requests I made also never reached my account as actual funds.
When I contacted Timo's support team about this issue, all I was told was "it's being looked into," but no concrete solution was provided, and my money still hasn't reached my account.
I'm requesting that all of my withdrawal requests that never reached my account — starting with the $282 withdrawal to my Akbank account through the Timo app — be urgently investigated and paid to me in full.
