TimeBucks Missing Survey Credits - The Olympics Survey

On 7 September 2026 (TimeBucks time zone, around 20:00), I completed an online survey whose main topic was the Olympics. After finishing the survey, I was shown a thank you page clearly stating that my account had been credited. The expected reward for this survey was 1.74 USD, to be added to my TimeBucks account associated with the email address 28stara***@gmail.com. Despite this confirmation message, the 1.74 USD was never actually credited to my TimeBucks balance. I did not take a screenshot of the thank you page because the message that my account had been credited seemed clear and I did not expect any issue. After noticing that the credit was missing, I tried to resolve the issue. PrimeEarn informed me that the problem was not on their side, and PureSpectrum referred me back to TimeBucks, asking TimeBucks to provide the necessary details. However, I have not been able to reach TimeBucks support directly and therefore have not received any solution so far. I request that my account and the survey logs be checked for the Olympics-related survey completed on 7 September 2026 and that the missing 1.74 USD be credited to my TimeBucks account as soon as possible. I also kindly ask for information on why the system showed that my account had been credited even though no credit was applied.
