TikTok Fails to Respond to Underage Account Deletion Request

I have a TikTok account that I created when I was 10 years old. I know the account’s username and the Gmail address linked to it, but I no longer have access to that Gmail account, so I cannot log in.

I created the account around 2020, when I was under the age of 13. I am now 15 years old, and I want this account to be completely closed and permanently deleted. I reported through the app that the account was created while I was under 13, but I have not received any response.

For both my personal safety and the protection of my personal data, I am requesting that this account—created when I was underage and currently inaccessible to me—be permanently deleted as soon as possible after the necessary checks are completed.
