TikTok Error Message – Chat Blocked Even Though Account Is Clean
Even though I have never violated TikTok’s Community Guidelines, I keep receiving the warning message: “This message may violate our Community Guidelines” whenever I try to send a message. I only chat with friends and have never shared insults, spam, ads, or inappropriate content. Despite this, the system blocks my messages and won’t let me send them.
This issue has been occurring intermittently for about 10 days, and I’ve experienced a similar message restriction in the past — again, without breaking any rules. I’ve contacted TikTok support, but I haven’t received any response. I have no ad spending or payment activity on my account.
I live in Aydın Söke (Turkey) and connect to TikTok via Wi-Fi. My app is fully updated to the latest version, and the problem happens with all messages, not just specific people.
My username is @berkayzylmaz. I request that TikTok lift the messaging restriction on my account and conduct a detailed review to determine why this issue keeps happening despite full compliance with the rules.
