TikTok Account Recovery Request

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “x.isha26.x”. I can no longer access this account because the phone number linked to it is an old UK number that I no longer use: +44 7367 023***. I moved countries and this number has been deactivated, so I cannot receive any verification codes or log in. There is no email address linked to the account either, so I am completely locked out and cannot update my details from within the app. I last accessed the account over six months ago, and since then I have been unable to log back in. I now live in Canada and my current active phone number is 289-788-6***.
