I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “chris.matthew472”. I have been unable to access this account for more than two years because I lost the phone and SIM card that were linked to it, and I also no longer remember or have access to the email address registered on the account. Since I lost both the device and the SIM card, I cannot receive verification codes or reset links, and therefore I am completely locked out of the account. I previously contacted TikTok support and my request was recorded, but despite this I still do not have access to my account and the issue remains unresolved.
