I am experiencing a problem with my TikTok account named “emirrkyslii”. About one year ago I deactivated this account and today I reactivated it and shared two videos. Although these videos receive likes, they do not appear on my profile and I see a “an error occurred” type of warning for about the last 5 hours. Because of this situation, I cannot use my account properly and my posts are not visible on my own profile even though other users seem to be able to interact with them. I have not yet been able to reach support through the application and I do not know the exact reason for this restriction or error. I request that my account be checked urgently and that the problem causing the posts not to appear on my profile be resolved so that I can use my account normally again.
