TikTok Account Blocked Due to Incorrect Date of Birth

For the last two months I have not been able to log in to my TikTok account with the username “Raihan AR Raihan”. When I try to enter my date of birth, TikTok shows a 'not eligible' message and does not allow me to access my account. My date of birth information was incorrect before, and because of that I am now unable to log in even though I want to correct it. I am sharing screenshots to show the problem on the screen. I request that my TikTok account be reactivated and that my date of birth information be corrected so that I can access and use my account again.
