Fake TikTok Account Used My Photos for Harassment and Abuse

I am submitting this complaint to report a case of cyberharassment, identity misuse, and violation of my personal rights that occurred on the social media platform TikTok. On 20 June, an unknown individual created a fake TikTok account using my personal photos without my knowledge or consent. This person used my images to publicly insult and humiliate me on TikTok. They posted my photos in a degrading way and shared content intended to damage my dignity and reputation. In addition to the public posts, this person also sent me highly offensive private messages that contained serious insults and abusive language. After I confronted this individual and informed them that I would take legal action and do everything possible to identify them, they reacted in a suspicious manner. They immediately blocked me, deleted the insulting posts, and changed the TikTok account settings to private in what appears to be an attempt to hide evidence and avoid responsibility. This situation has caused me significant psychological distress, harmed my personal reputation, and created fear and insecurity in my daily life. I have serious concerns that my photos and identity may continue to be misused or shared further. I respectfully request that the competent authorities in Duhok, Iraq, take the necessary legal steps to identify the person behind this TikTok account, preserve and obtain all digital evidence from TikTok (including account information, IP logs, linked phone numbers or email addresses, and message records), and initiate criminal proceedings for cyberharassment, identity misuse, and any other applicable offenses under the law. I am ready to cooperate fully with the investigation, provide screenshots, links, and any additional information I have, and give a detailed statement in person if required. I respectfully request that the perpetrator be officially identified and held accountable so that my rights and personal security can be protected.
