The North Face Logo Started Peeling Off My Thermoball Eco Jacket

In March 2023, I purchased a The North Face Thermoball Eco jacket from Boyner’s online store for $88. I mostly wore the jacket during the spring seasons, approximately 2–3 times per week, under normal and careful conditions. There were no issues with the jacket overall, but about two months ago, I noticed that the The North Face logo on the jacket had started peeling. The problem has continued to worsen and has now completely ruined the appearance of the jacket.

When I took the jacket to Boyner, they told me that they could no longer assist me because I purchased it in 2023 and therefore could not process my request. Although the fabric and every other part of the jacket remain in good condition, I do not believe it is acceptable for only the logo to peel like this on a high-value product from a well-known brand. Because of the damage to the logo, I can no longer wear the jacket.

What I expect from The North Face is a solution such as replacing or repairing only the logo, since there are no other problems with the product. As a customer who purchased the product because I liked it and took good care of it, I kindly ask the company to resolve this issue in a manner that reflects the quality of the brand.
