Telegram Sms Code Not Received

I am using Telegram on a Realme 12 device, and for the last two days I have not been receiving the Telegram login code by SMS on my current phone number. When I try with another phone number, the code arrives normally, but on this particular number and device the SMS code does not come at all. I have already tried basic steps such as checking my phone, network, and settings, but the problem continues only with this number on my Realme 12. Because of this, I am unable to access my Telegram account properly. Through this complaint, I request that my phone number be checked in your system, any possible block or restriction be removed, and the technical problem be resolved so that I can start receiving the Telegram login SMS codes on this number without any further issues.
