Telegram Locks Out User with 'Too Many Attempts' Error After Suspected Hack

I have been unable to access my Telegram account since yesterday afternoon. When I try to log in with my phone number, I repeatedly receive the error message “Too many attempts, please try again later” and cannot proceed to access my account. I believe that my account may have been hacked or accessed without my permission, and I am very concerned that someone else might be using it. At the same time, I am blocked from logging in and checking or securing the account myself. I kindly request that my account be checked for any unauthorized access, that access be restored to me, and that any suspicious sessions be terminated. If necessary, I also request guidance on the steps I should follow to recover and secure my account.
