Telegram Frozen My Account After a Fake Link Incident, Requesting Recovery

I am using Telegram on an Android device, and recently, my account was frozen after I clicked on a fake link. About two weeks ago, I received a warning message, and shortly after that, my account became inaccessible. I believe my account was frozen because of that fake link, and I want to clarify that I did not have any bad intentions or misuse the platform. My main request from Telegram is that my account be unfrozen so I can regain access and continue using the service.
