Kindly Help To Reactivate My Telegram Account

For about two months now, I have been unable to access my Telegram account, which is registered in Zambia on the phone number 09728387**. When I try to log in, I do not receive any SMS verification code on this number. Instead, I only receive codes by email, and despite this, I still cannot regain full access and use the account normally. Because of this situation, I have lost my main way of communicating with my family and friends, which is causing me serious difficulties in my daily life. I kindly request that my Telegram account linked to the number 09728387** be checked and that my access be restored, or that a clear solution be provided so that I can securely log in and continue communicating with my loved ones again.
