I’ve recently deleted my Telegram account twice and now I'm trying to open it again, but the app keeps blocking me with a message saying I need to wait a few more days. It's already been 5 to 6 days, and I still can’t access my account. Why is there such a long waiting period? Isn’t it my right to deactivate and reactivate my own account whenever I choose?
Telegram doesn’t clearly explain this restriction, and the lack of support or notification is unacceptable. I rely on Telegram for important conversations, and being locked out without warning or a proper timeline is extremely frustrating.
