Tefal Pressure Cooker Makes Loud Noise and Cooks Slowly
On 03.05.2026 I purchased a Tefal pressure cooker via N11, and it was delivered to me on 07.05.2026. From the first use, the cooker made a very loud noise and cooked the food significantly late compared with what is expected from a pressure cooker, which made it difficult and unpleasant to use. Because of these problems, on 14.05.2026 I requested a return and sent the product back. However, instead of completing my return and refund, the product was sent back to me. I do not find it acceptable that a product with such clear performance issues is returned to me without resolving my complaint. I request the product to be accepted as a return and my payment to be fully refunded as soon as possible.
On 03.05.2026 I purchased a Tefal Clipso+ Chef model pressure cooker from N11 for ₺13,649. The product makes a loud noise and the cooking time takes one and a half hours, so I requested a return as a defective item. The seller does not accept the return, and N11 did not provide a solution. I sent the return on 14.05.2026, and it was sent back on 21.05.2026. So far the brand has not contacted me and shows zero interest.
