Tashanwin Withdrawal Not Processed and Money Missing

I have been playing on the Tashanwin platform and requested a withdrawal of ₹8,094 via bank transfer to my Punjab National Bank account on April 19, 2026, at around 3:00 PM. Since then, the withdrawal has continuously shown as “pending,” and the money has not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted Tashanwin customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. This situation is very concerning, especially since the withdrawal has been pending for several days without any clear update or explanation.
I request that my withdrawal of ₹8,094 be processed and credited to my Punjab National Bank account without any further delay. Alternatively, I expect a clear and prompt explanation regarding the status of this transaction and an immediate resolution.
