Tashanwin Never Credited My ₹3,000 Deposit After a Successful PhonePe Payment

On 1 June 2026 at around 3:32 p.m., I made a deposit of 3,000 rupees from my PhonePe account to my Tashanwin account (UID: 4098312) for game recharge. The amount was debited from my account and the transaction shows as successful, but the recharge has still not been credited to my Tashanwin game account even after 7 days. The payment details are as follows: Reference code RC20260601153206571079151a, Transaction ID T2606011532175960918485, Receiver UPI ID 6900816200@mbkns, and UTR number 032675156928. According to my bank and PhonePe, this transaction has been successfully processed and the money has been paid to the merchant account. However, Tashanwin support keeps telling me that the money has not been received in their bank account, and my game account balance has not been updated. I am stuck between the platform and the payment provider even though I have shared the complete transaction details. I request that the full amount of 3,000 rupees be refunded to my original payment source as soon as possible, or that the responsible party clearly resolves this failed recharge and ensures that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this issue.
