Tashanwin Account Asking Google Authenticator Code

I am writing to report a problem with my Tashanwin gaming account, which is linked only to my phone number and used from India. Until now I have always logged in using just my phone number, but since this morning I have been unable to access my account because the system suddenly asks me for a Google/Authenticator verification code. I never connected any Google Authenticator or similar two‑factor authentication to this account, so I do not have any such code and cannot complete the login. At the moment there is a balance of 150 in this Tashanwin account, and I am very worried about losing access to both my account and this amount. I have already tried to recover the account using the account retrieval option provided by the platform, but I still cannot log in because of the unexpected Google/Authenticator code request. I request that my original gaming account, which is registered only with my phone number, be restored to me as soon as possible with the same balance of 150 preserved. I ask you to remove this incorrect Google/Authenticator code requirement from my login and help me securely regain access to my existing account and funds.
