Unable to Access Suspended Tango Account With Paid Purchases

My Tango account linked to the email address mna72***@gamil has been suspended for about a month and I am unable to access it. When I try to log in, the account appears to be suspended and I cannot use any of the services. Before the suspension I was only using the account for messaging. I do not know the reason why the account was suspended and I cannot reach Tango support in any way to get information or a solution. In the past I have also made paid purchases in this account, such as coins or similar services, and now I cannot benefit from them. I request that my suspended Tango account be reviewed, that I be informed clearly about the reason for the suspension, and that my account be reactivated if possible so that I can continue using the services I have paid for.
