Tango Virtual Mastercard Withdrawal Keeps Failing Despite Available Balance

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my Mastercard virtual card on the Tango platform for the past three weeks. Even though I have a sufficient airtime balance available in my account, every time I attempt to make a withdrawal, the system displays a message stating that I have entered unsuccessful or incorrect details, and the withdrawal process fails.
Because of this repeated error, I have been unable to access or withdraw my airtime balance as cash for nearly three weeks, despite the funds clearly being available in my account. I have carefully checked the information I enter during the withdrawal process and I am confident that all my details are correct, yet the transaction still does not go through.
This situation has become extremely frustrating because my funds are effectively locked, and I cannot use or withdraw them normally due to what appears to be a technical or account-related issue on the platform.
I kindly request that the Tango support team urgently investigate this problem, review my account and withdrawal settings, and resolve the issue so that I can successfully make withdrawals again without receiving repeated error messages. I also request confirmation once my account has been restored to normal withdrawal functionality.
