Tango User @lovelygurls Took 999 Coins and Disappeared

I am writing to report a scam I experienced today on the Tango platform and to request your support. A user on Tango with the username “@lovelygurls” offered a “premium show” and told me that I needed to send 999 coins in advance. Trusting this, I sent 999 coins during the live session. Immediately after receiving the coins, the user went offline and did not provide any of the promised content. The screenshot I have clearly shows that I informed the user I felt scammed and asked for my coins back, but I received no response. I request that you refund the 999 coins that were taken from me in this way and that you investigate this user’s account and activity in detail, as this behavior is deceptive and may be affecting other users as well. I also kindly ask you to take the necessary actions on this account to prevent similar scams from happening again. I expect your support in resolving this issue and look forward to your response.
