Tango Live Face Ban Problem

I am using the Tango broadcasting app in Begumganj, India, and my account was banned after the app captured my photo. Since that moment, whenever I try to create a new ID, it also gets banned, which makes me feel like my face is blocked on Tango and I cannot use the service at all. I sent emails to Tango customer support to explain this situation and ask for help, but I have not received any reply so far. I find it very unfair that my account and any new account I try to open are banned without any explanation or clear reason. I kindly request that you remove the ban related to my face, allow me to use Tango again, and provide a clear explanation of why this ban was applied in the first place.
