Sweetmax €30.99 Subscription Cannot Be Canceled

Since September I have a “manuel” subscription with Sweetmax and I am still being charged 30.99 € even though I want to cancel it and I am unable to do so. The system does not allow me to terminate the subscription and these payments continue without my consent. I am requesting that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that all charges of 30.99 € taken after my cancellation attempts be fully refunded to my account.
